Sergio Rossi is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Sergio Rossi box and secure them within the shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Schedule a Collection

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pickup at your convenience or drop off the package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and verifies the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
